Default OVerheating problems Help

Ok so I have aem ems and i was checking the coolant temp and it was reading 212 when i was still but when i drive it goes down to 185 190. The upper radiator hose does not have much pressure in it cause i can squeeze it but it is hot and also the fan isnt turning on. I already replaced the radiator and checked the fan fuse and its not that so do u think it is the thermostat. Or do u think i blew a headgasket? I hope not but when i did the radiator swap there wasnt any signs of a blown headgasket nothing in the overflow and the inside of the hoses were clean no gunk. HEllppppp me please anyone have this problem before cause i searched already and nothing of this kind came up.

are you blowing any smoke out the exhaust ? is there a milky liquid in your oil ? change the thermostat as its a fairly cheap item to replace.

if the top hose is not really hard that means your thermostat is not stuck, good.

if your fan is not coming on, that seems to be the problem.

i dont think its your headgasket
i dont think its your thermostat, check the cooling fan system.
relays, fuses, wires....

Have you checked the fan switch and temperture sending unit underneath
the distributor?
The manual says how to check both of them to make sure they're operating
correctly.
Also, check that the thermostat is opening when it should. Sometimes an
old thermostat can take too long to open.
