OFF Timing need help ASAP!!!
I have an Integra GSR, but its way off timing. Everything is top dead center but when I time it its at about 60 instead of 15 i think. Need help on how I can fix this....!!
obviously everything is not TDC.
Crank pulley, Cam gears with the ARROWS pointing up and the 2 lines dead on facing eachother. And do you have the distributor cap off so you can see its on Cylinder #1?

My brother did it for me. All the cam gear is dead center with two dots pointing up and the crank pulley (white mark) is lined up to this line. Took off the distributor cap and its facing down left (if on passenger side). Its at about 60-65 instead of at 15 I think thats what the Helms manual says.
ahhh.. take off the crank pulley, and you will see a mark on the crank gear. Use that mark on the crank gear to line up on the timing belt cover.

DO you have to take off the crank pulley??? Caused the white mark on the crank pulley is line up to the timing belt cover and the cam gears are line up together to being top dead center.
Well I usually take off the crank pulley and use the gear on the crank gear (the gear the timing belt goes around at the bottom). Try that.

ya that is the proper way to do it. take the crank pulley off, and align the marks on the cam gears and the crank gear and check the distributor for #1.
