ODOMETER Question....

Default ODOMETER Question....

everything in the gauge cluster (95 gsr) workes except for the odometer and tripometer. I toke it apart and it looks like one of the plugs is missin...anyone have a picture of all the plugs and which ones are neccesary for the odometer to work...i think theres 3 plugged in and one left...its pretty long...anyone?

sorry for not catching it earlier...

Ok did you take out the dash and there are about 4 plugs there right

but they have nothing to do with odometer or trip meter
well you will see a cable with no plug sticking right out but you cant
move from position.
this cable is the one you need to plug into the gage cluster but you might
be missing the clip that goes on the cable and attaches to cluster
maybe thats what you are missing??
let me know if what I described is correct..

you are missing the plug for that wire that goes into the
gage cluster...

hmmm...well....the alarm is ghetto rigged...i was wonderin if that would have anything to do with it? would he have taken that plug and used it fo sumtin else? if not...i dunno where that plug is...im still lost...sorry im so stupid....

acually yea it is...itz a 95 gsr wit a 99 guage cluster....i completely forgot to ask if that mattered...d=X....lolz does it?

Hmm maybe its not a plug. Check ur alt spd sensor fuse...its a 7.5A fuse that coulda gone. If not that you can check ur VSS sensor as well as it may have gotten wet due to rain or just gone bad. Did it just randomly happen or when u put in the 99 cluster?

honestly...i bought the car like that...i kno imma dumbass....but i kno it was from the sellers other 99'. i already checked the fuses and they all seem to be fine....so how would i go about checkin the vss sensor?

Well your problem is 98-01 integra clusters will not wire up to 94-97 integra.
It all plugs in but the wires are wrong and it will not play correctly.
