Icon2 OBD2A engine harness in OBD2B

What needs to be changed on an OBD2A (96-99) engine harness to get it to work on an OBD2B (00-01) main harness? Engine and main harness are both integra, Thanks.

I think the connecting plug at the shock tower is different. I may be wrong, but I know this was the case on my em1. Had to buy obd2b engine and interior harnesses to keep it factory clean. Or you can cut and solder or repin a plug.

Nothing, its not like the civics, The engine harness remained the same from '96 - '01 The interior harness did change, shock tower plugs remained the same. (note integra also did not switch to the smaller style distributor plug like the D-series civics)

The missing wire is for the tach signal. Depin A19 at the ECU and splice a wire onto it and connect it to the blue wire comming from the distributor that doesn't go anywhere on the engine harness side of the plug.

Somewhat misread that, if you are using an OBD2B ECU and main (vehicle/chassis) harness you will not need to rewire anything.
