Default Tuning obd2 Integras???

How do people turbo obd2 integras. I know it’s basically impossible to tune with obd2 so there must be some sort of conversion kit back to obd1. But even after that how do you deal with emissions? Do you just convert back to obd2? And if that’s the case then would the tuning be back to factory specs? I’m uneducated w how tuning works but would it be safe to drive to the emissions shop with a non tuned turbo setup?

I suggest you use your friend google!

No turbo kit is street legal so if you are worried about emissions you already know your not going to pass.

You do know you can find and pay people to pass your car with out needing to go to the smog or DMV!

Google is your freind!~

Isn't the Greddy kit legal with a piggy back? But that would require finding all the parts and making sure its complete

Well I’d still turbo my car regardless. I’m just curious how people get away with passing emissions? Like would they just set their psi to zero or take the whole turbo kit out just to get it to pass emissions?

Smog test will include a visual inspection and a turbo sitting in the engine bay will fail you instantly..

Like I said most people just pay to have it pass. Its usually like $250. Its much easier than trying to convert back to stock and then TRY to pass legally.

Now CA BAR smog is a completley diffrent story! you get a BAR reff ticket you 100% will need to convert to stock and pray you pass the smog and inspection cause they check EVERYTHING!!!

I’ve never heard of CA BAR smog. Sounds like something California-related. If that’s the case then I’ll just pay that $250 because I live in Wisconsin😁
