obd0 conversion
My b16a is currently an obd0 and Im thinking about converting up to a obd1. I know I will need a new ecu dizzy and conversion harness. Is that all that is needed. What about injectors?

Everything you mentioned is needed. Also, you can keep either the high impedance or low impedance injectors.
You will need to install a 4 wire o2 sensor and VTEC if you don't have it wired already.
