The sensor will bolt in fine but if it's off a 94 GSR it's OBD 1, while a 2001 GSR is OBD 2.
OBD 1 had one o2 sensor
OBD 2 had two o2 sensor's
What you have to check is how many wires are on the 94 sensor and how many wires on the 2001 and if the wires match.
