i drive 90% freeway, i rearly push it. i keep the rev between 2500 and 4000 rpm
i only get 20~22 miles per gallon. i take care of car. is this normal or is my motor getting old. i had a mojor tune up done like 6 month ago.

I have 337,000 km (209,402 miles) on my '91 Integra RS. The motor has never been rebuilt.
But back on topic, I drive mine on the highway about 75% of the time and I get 500km (310 miles) for every 45 liter (11.88 gallons) fill-up. So that is about 26.1 miles per gallon (if I did my calculations right).
Just as a note the only thing done to the engine is a cold air intake and high-performance plug wires.

I average 28 mpg on the freeway and 25 mpg city. I always had the notion that your gas mileage will tell you a lot about the health of your car. I would think that 20 to 22 mpg for driving 90% on the freeway would be a little low. But then again I have no idea what a normal RS gets or what a car with a 150,000 miles gets. Maybe a new fuel filter would help?
I get about 28-30 mpg on my 95 LS. 213,000 on the odometer as of yesterday. I had my timing belt changed last week. After the mechanic looked at the engine and car he asked if the odometer was correct. He told me that 300,000 should be no problem.
