I took off and when i hit second gear my back-up siren for my alarm (Viper 5000) fell off its mount which is located right above the tps, the alarm went off while i was moving for about 3 seconds then cut off.

After that my speedometer wasnt working, i got it home and came to a stop and my idle was stuck at 1700 rpm...this morning it started up fine i drove it and came to a stop and the idle was still high and the speedo didnt work then i noticed the coolant temp was going up and down.

Just before slowing to a stop at the next light, my Radio turned off and my abs light came on and my car died.

It would not turn over at all (No noise). Then i armed the alarm, then disarmed and the car tried to turn over but wouldnt(No Spark).

We replaced the ECU, Distributer, and checked for spark. At this moment there is no Spark at all.

If anyone has any Idea what could be causeing this I would Greatly appreciate it. I am thinking the alarm is somehow not allowing spark.

I'm thinking the alarm has a kill switch when it is armed. Have the alarm reinstalled back correctly if the wires were damaged and reset the ecu.

 

since it is the back up siren it has a key where i can turn it on and off the siren still works so does the alarm, i can arm and disarm like normal, but is it possible that somehow it could have shorted something when it went off when i was moving or anything like that??? it just doesnt make since becuase i swapped with a nother ecu i have in perfect condition and swaped out the dissy with a working one and i still dont have spark.
