91 teggy with no spark.. sometimes?

The battery keeps draining, i jump it and it starts, i then shut it off, when i go to turn it on again it just cranks and cranks but no start. i then check for spark and nothing. Dizzy? ECU? Thanks

 

are you sure check spark? because loose fitting boots or damaged cables can cause ignition misfire if it's fine, you probably have a bad fuel injector. but better change spark wires/plugs and battery. check main relay under dash and fuel pump prime. hope this help

 

How are you checking for spark? 94

 

wires or plugs? for spark plugs, use spark plug gap or check plug top tip if top tip melt

 

i checked for spark by pulling a wire and puttin a plug in it, then cranked it.

 

did you check all grounds and fuses?

 

you should check dizzy. Is battery good? so did you check main relay and fuel pump prime?
if they're good then check fuel injector

 

First thing to confirm, is there 12V+ going to the distributor, black/yellow lead?

Pull and check the coil and the ICM.

Make sure connections to coil and ICM are good. 94
