Default No power to engine

I just replaced the timing belt in my 94 integra and the battery had died from sitting for awhile. Went to jump it with a jump box but it didn't have enough juice in it but it tried to start. Went out the next day to jump it and had absolutely no power at all. Put a new battery in it and tried to start and still no power to starter and won't crank but have power to lights and the door chime works with key in ignition but once try to crank it there's nothing. Any idea what could be the issue for it to have just all of a sudden not want to turn over and have power to lights and electrical components??

Check the plug that goes into the starter, sometimes they get loose! you can also remove the starter and have it tested.

I would suspect a bad chassis to engine ground connection.
