I wanted to run a 75 shot on my 01 gsr but dont want that to be the only source of power from the engine. To clear things up basically I wana get some cams and prep the head so that when I dont use the bottle I still have power up top.
Questions:
1. What cams could I use to benifit my set up the best?

'00-'01 ITR cams. You don't want to have too much overlap with forced induction.
I have seen people do it with S2 stage 1 cams though.

But ITR cams would be good, get skunk stage 1s if you are gonna build the head.</TD></TR></TABLE>
Overlap does matter, to a degree, more so when running higher shots. If there is TOO much overlap there will be less time for combustion in the chamber. It will literally be "sucked" out, a little anyways. And some of the benefit is lost.
It WILL work, just not optimally for higher shots.

yea, w/ alot of overlap, the nitrous blows straight through the head, correct? I thought what you were trying to say was that too much overlap w/ nitrous can hurt your engine like too much overlap w/ boost.

mmm thanks alot guys! Alrite so on CSI the guy ran stage 2's with hondata? What specific hondata should I run , and also what are estimated times with the Skunk 2 st 2. + skunk 2 intake mani + intake header exhaust?
Sorry quick question, right now im running the ITR cams and a 50 shot, do you think this is a good idea? How long will my motor last? And i have never heard of overlap, what is it? How much is too much Nitrous and is Head work required, recommended? Sorry for the newbie questions im still new.
