I have a 2001 GS-R with a comptech ss exhaust, aem cai, dc sports 4-1 one piece ss header, koni yellows, comptech sport springs. I dont have enough money for a supercharger or a turbo, and i dont want to void my warranty, so i am curious what my next mod should be. I am perfectly happy with the way my car handles but i would like it to be a little faster? Any ideas what i can do? Cams? what else is there?

Cams will void your warranty also, so would everything else you did if and only if they actually caused the failure. Warranty is basically a thing the factory uses to get you to trust their product as is. Im sure you know all this. Cams are a good thing, but to take full advantage of them, cam gears are a must, also what would be nice would be somthing to control VTEC crossover, and rev limit and fuel delivery.

 

ITR cams both sides
cam gears
skunk 2 mani
VAFC (which will definitely void ur warranty)
ITR rear sway bar
or
nice stereo

 

sell that DC sports crap and get a JDM header or dc JDM with 2.5" collector and HF cat...u WILL notice a difference with the bigger collector.

hmmmmm with the mods u got aren't you voidin your warranty already? Anywayz yeah get cams, cam gear, tb, manifold, apexi vafc, etc but i'm sure you already void your warranty by modifyin the engine and the suspension right? Good luck.
