Kamakazi would be the best header for your application, unless you are willing to spend $$$$ for a HyTech header. Kamakazi is around $300...speak to RBoosted717 as he gained around 10-15whp compared to the Comptech header he previously had.

For all motor i would think all-motor the dc 4-1 with 2.5 collect or jdm4-1,however several dyno charts that JDM gives 0 HP according to the Integra Dyno center,they may be full of it,any other opionions?

Kamikaze are supposed to be real good with FI. You could always try the APEXi header. I had that on my old Civic Si and it was real nice. I am sure that most decent 4-2-1 headers will do pretty well though.
