Default New to the integra's need some help

Alright i just picked up a 1997 Integra LS b18b1

Few common answers im trying to confirm.

1.) My engine has the obd2 correct?
2.) I wanna put another engine in because this one is at its 200k mark and with the deal i got have money left over to get an engine for it so i was thinking the B16A ENGINE VTEC. Now Im able to use the same tranny correct right? Also will i be able to use my current wiring harness or will i need theres? Or do i just buy the ecu and the conversion for ecu?
3.) and is it as simple as the d15b7 swap to the d15b swap?
4.) Thanks

Dont put a b16 in there. Do you reall want to sacrifice torque just for vtec?

if all you wanna do is a motor swap and keep the tranny, stick with another LS or go for the b20. dropping in a b16 really isn't worth it if you keep the LS tranny. the torque sux. i'd personally toss in a b20 for now and start looking into a b20/vtec or ls/vtec. ls/vtec would be a good i idea since you'd already have a motor to work with and you have more options for pistons.

yes its an obd2 and NO NO NO whatever you do don't drop a b16 in there, thats like demoting ur car either another ls motor and go from there or a b20

However, if you're interested in boost sometime down the road, don't put a B20 in there. Go with another LS.
