I did this on a '95. I think it's the same on later years.

Connect one terminal of clutch interlock switch to ground.
Find the heavy gauge wires Blk/Red & Blk/Wht (not 100% sure of colors) in the A/T Gear Position Switch.
Get a auto relay and wire it as follows:
85 -> 2nd terminal of clutch interlock switch
87 & 86 -> Blk/Wht of A/T Gear Position Switch
30 -> Blk/Red of A/T Gear Position Switch

The idea is that Blk/Wht and Blk/Red are only connected when the clutch pedal is pushed in.

This is the info I followed, except I thought it was better to use a relay:

Yea, I'm up & running for 1 1/2 yrs now.
I've been through three clutch master cylinders so far, but that was a separate issue.
First one was used from a junk yard -> started leaking at the pedal.
Second one I got off of ebay -> also leaked.
Third was a new one from Acura -> held up for 1 yr now.

why would you wanna wire up that switch just so u can push the clutch in to start the car? i left mines without it you need the dashboard harness from a manual integra.. so i just left mines as it and wired up everything else.only issue im having is idle being retarted

It's just for safety, especially if other people will be driving the car so they don't accidentally start it in gear.
If you do want to bypass it, just connect Blk/Wht and Blk/Red wires from the A/T Gear Position Switch harness together. Just remember not to park it gear.
