Default Neuspeed??

What do you guys think of neuspeed sport springs?
I seen someone selling them with tokico HP blues. Do you guys think it will be a good set up? I know they mostly do VW's but how bout on an Integra?
Also I've been doing the search for spring rates but i cant find what I'm looking for.
What do they mean? The greater the # the firmer or harder the ride or is it softer? what if the # is less? also how do you know what the stock rate is ?

ive had em for about a year and a half and i like em alot. its a decent drop and you still get a nice ride. i paid something like 150 shipped and i say it was well worth it plus lifetime warranty.

My friend has some on his 99 Si and it rides pretty good. Also, gives it a really nice, low stance.

If they still use their old design, they should almost be exactly how H&R Sport springs sit and feel. They made the springs for neuspeed a while back.

i know a lot of people complain about the h&r sports spring rates being to soft for the amount of drop the give
1.75 front
1.50 rear

so i guess its safe to say the neuspeed sports are worse being that there rates are softer than h&r sports..

h&r sports rates are 276 front and rear..unsure about the neuspeed sports rates but when i was looking for springs i saw them.
btw im on h&r sports with kyb agx's..

Im running blues and neuspeed sports. Its a practically stock ride to it. It gets rid of a lot of body roll.

I'm new to spring rates, what do the numbers mean? greater meaning stiffer or softer or vice versa.
