this goes question goes to anyone who has experienced putting a Skunk2 intake manifold onto a gsr. i just finished installing one this past weekend, must say, i'm pleased. but my question is which (aftermarket / Type R) throttle body works best w/ the Skunk2 im ? i plan on keeping this engine naturally aspirated.

IM gonna prob do the same setup on my B18B .. id also like to know what the Max mm size that Intake Manifold can take ... and also .. are there companies actually selling 64/65/66mm TB or are they all custom bores with core exchanges ?

 

usually 64 is the biggest u can go on a stock bored out tb..anything bigger is not bored..a whole new unit...i run a bbk 70mm it runs about 300 on summit...it kills torque but top end is huge...i dyno'd 163.5 and 113.6 torque...torque number sux...on a b18c1 with i/h/e skunk manifold, bbk tb and type r flywheel
