so my cars been having some performance issues for a little while now. every time i left off the gas it falls on its face and then when i hit it again it jerks back. also my rpms are revving all the time by itself and when i start my car it goes it to 4500 rpm. ive used seafoam, cleaned out my throttle body, and cleaned out my intake. im thinking its the IAC, TPS and intake and throttle body gasket. its not throwing any codes so idk what else it could be.

Check the voltage reading on the TPS at WOT and Closed throttle.
