ok so i have a 99 integra and the wiring is messed up and when my lights are on the break light stays on and the cruise control won't work. When i press my breaks the running lights come on. Also it is missing on the first and second cylinder and says its running rich. i changed the plugs wires and distributor cap, and don't know what else to try. the second o2 sensor is not plugged in cause of the exhaust that is on, not sure if that has anything to do with it. Any info on what else try would be appreciated.

When your on cruise control and you step on the break, the cruise control turns its self off.. lol

 

Yes i know but when my car lights are on it thinks the breaks are also on and wont let the cruise control turn on.
