Default Need some help!

My buddy is thinking of buying an integra and we just want to know if its a good deal because the guy wont budge from the asking price...

Its a 1999 white Integra LS with 82k miles on it

The car is in mint conditition other than some paint chips on the lower front bumper, but its one of the cleanest integra's I've ever seen! He is asking $7000 for it.

It has:
AEM intake
full strut coil over suspension
Front and rear strut bar
front and rear tie bar
skunk 2 rear sway bar with a subfram reinforcement
SAFC
cut and slotted rotors
painted bronze ADR wheels wrapped with kuhmo exta tires with 80% thread
sony explode mp3 player deck
with a 10" sub powered by 1200 watt amp

So is it a good deal and what would you guys pay for a car like this!

He dosnt really care about getting a GSR because he is boosting it anyway, and I hear the LS block is better for that anyway, and the car has to be white and local, its hard to find a GSR in white thats that clean locally. Im gonna check around on autotrader also to see what they are going for! Thanx!
