gurlfriends car doesnt start... it just clicks ....im assuming it's the starter.. she has a LS integra 94.... can you all tell me anything to look for like of what could be the problem.. i know for sure its not the battery ;p

I had the same problem. It lasted for a couple of months. I thought it was the battery so I had it changed. It would come and go. It never made the noise when I brung it to the mechanic but in the end it turned out to be the starter.

 

it's just clicking? that would be the starter then,
take off the starter but have it hooked up, and try to start it, and see if the lil spindle spins in the starter. if it doesn't, need a new starter, if it does, then it should be turning the fly wheel. if not turning the flywheel, might be faulty starter, if that's not it, then ur flywheel might have bad teeth and you need to bring it to the dentist ;x (get a new one )

edit - DAMNIT my mom's del sol (d16z6) is havin same probs
only we had starter checked and was fine, the battery is also good.
any suggestions??
