Need help on testpipe asap

im trying to install a testpipe on my 95 ls, what am i suppose to do with the hole on it (noob question) is that the bung thing?

thread an O2 sensor in it if you have an extra one laying around...if not...i think a spark plug is the same threading...try that.

i thought a 95 had the cat 02 also is it just the manifold 02..
