Default Need help solving electrical issues on 91 integra

1st problem
When i turn my car on there is no air or radio. it sometimes randomly starts working once every couple weeks. the strange thing is i can get it working on the first click on the ignition but when you turn the car on it shuts it off completely

2nd problem

The other day i my battery light came on & I have no idea what may be causing it. the battery was replaced last month and the alternator was okay.

Suggestions where to start?

first one is likely the ignition switch, all these early switches have issues with contacts burning after a long period of time, the second issue may or may not be related to the ignition switch, if the regulator is not receiving power, the alternator light will come on. The charge warning light works by switching the warning light lead from the alternator between hot and ground, the bulb always has voltage on one side with the key on, if the alternator is charging, the lead from the regulator will be positive, and the bulb will be off, if it stops charging, the leave will become ground, and the light will come on, the alternator regulator may also be failing, autozone test? or it's brushes are going, how old is it, and how many miles on it?

on your ignition switch, first position is accessory, and normally the only thing on it is the radio, the blower circuit for the vents is on it's own position on the ignition switch, due to it's heavy amp draw, and I believe the blower has to function for the AC circuits to receive power from their relays

the alternator is around 5-6 years (no subs).

a month ago the battery would just completely die if the car was sitting in one spot. I had a CAA assist come to boost me up. he mentioned that there was a drain on the system but neither of us could conclude what might have been causing it cause only the engine was running.

Where would you recommend finding a ignition switch?

they should be available in the regular parts stores, the switch unscrews or unbolts from the back of the lock cylinder assembly, pretty easy to change
