i got burned by the latest gen prelude ( non SH) and a second to the last gen prelude a few days ago. both of these cars are lowered, exhaust, and probably intake. anymore in their cars, i dunno. is there anyway i can beat a lude? i took the older prelude around some broad turns and the newer one on a straight. i lost to them about a car length or more. my 99 gsr is stock except for a skunk2 rear sway bar and a upper rear strut bar. i m also a newbie at stick ( about a month of driving).

does anyone know what i can do to drive better? i really suck at launching....
FYI: i used to drive a 99 civic ex AT and always whooped on my friend's maxima doing slalom.
