I have a 99 teg ls. I have no power in my fuse box.bell dings,interior light,headlight works.nothing else the motor spins but wont turn over. there is another guy who posted on here with the same problem but he saw sparks when putting in a steering colomn i saw nothing drove home went to leave wont start. any help would be appretiated

 

Obviously you have power in your fuse box if the car is turning over and all the accessories are working. Do you have fuel? Spark? Check those and get back to us.

 

More than likely it's going to be a bad fuel pump...But check your dizzy cap and rotor, sometimes the rotor screw comes out, don't ask me why they just do sometimes...

 

thanx 4 the sugestion, but not the prob. there is no power before the pump plus installed 255lph 5months ago. also clock, center console, pwr windows, and locks dont work, is there a relay that could cause this. i checked all fuses, B+ in engine bay compartment blew replaced it... didnt work

 

Check all your fuses with a volt meter (on the continuity test). If all thats out then its probably a fuse and not a relay.
