1- You have a really clean DA, keep it clean

2- PCV help evacuate pressure in the engine. With that going bad, pressure is created in the engine and may cause gasket failure. So if you have a good working PCV, changed the leaking Oil Pan Gasket and you still have a leak. I would check other gasket that may gone bad because of the PCV.

take the oil pan off and when you do check to make sure the oil pump was put on right cause if it was taken off and not lined up right your oil pan will leak like a bitch, mine did cause the idiot that had it before me replaced the oil pump and did a shity job

the car should have come with the tool to retract the seatbelt manually until you can figure out if the problem is electrical or not. It's #5 in the pic...D

I got my DA from someone in LA & it had little to no oil in it either.

WTF LA?

Take the seatbelt problem to Acura as it should be covered by the lifetime warrenty.

Did you even bother to check the oil before purchasing the car?
Have you located the oil leak? Confirmed it's from the oil pan itself? Did you secure the gasket or installed it correctly?

You could be leaking oil somewhere else, now oil ON the intake? Or inside the filter or intake tube?

I suggest you take your car to a mechanic once you've filled her up with the proper grade/vescosity oil.
