it should come out pretty easy.. make sure you have enuff clearance to drop the entire headder down to the ground...and how is it stuck on the alternator? are you talkign about its stuck on the ac pump? youjsut have to be a lil creative on wiggling it out of there

Ok, I got it out, wrapped, and back in, and then I started to bolt the header back to the head, and Im having trouble with the last three bolts to the far right, excluding the locking one, I put those two on first. Why am I having trouble getting those bolts back in?

Ok, I put a little pressure on the header to lift it, and now all the bolts are in. I tightened everything down, and reved it up in the driveway, everything seemed fine, alittle of the spilt coolant was burning off, then I saw the check engine light! Damnit! Codes 71, 72, 73, and 74. What happened?!?

****, thats a random missfire across all cylinders. Should I clear them and see if they come back? What caused it? Note- I sprayed the engine down with water to get rid of the coolant.

Did you remember to replace the exhaust mani gasket? Did you get all the bolts tightened down well and even? Did you bump or knock anything out of place when you pulled out your header?

Edit: I read that you said you sprayed your engine down with water. Let everything dry overnight and crank her up in the morning. Oh, and in the meantime pull your plugs and plug wires to make sure there isn't water collecting on them.
