I recently replaced my wiring harness with a tucked one. I also replaced the main relay with the JDI relay with the kill switch.

The car was starting initially after I finished this swap. However, I noticed my fuel pump would keep priming and when I take put the ignition to off, the lights on the dash stay on and if I tap the main relay, the fuel pump will prime even with the key out. I put in the old oem main relay and when I plug it in, the relay itself keeps opening and closing in a rapid clicking fashion.

I've checked all my grounds. Valve Cover, Transmission, and Thermostat. Those are all snug. Am I looking at a possible bad ECU now? I'm using a chipped p06.

Another weird issue since, my door switches and sunroof no longer work but the power lock still works. I'm at a loss now as the car was ready to run until I noticed these issues.
