Default Need help diagnosing an acceleration problem

Alright, My GSR was vibrating (and clicking) very badly under acceleration. I figured it was the axles and changed them both (both inner boots were ripped). I do a road test after changing them and there is still a vibration under acceleration only. Now I'm confused, I've changed axles on my civic and never had this problem. Could it be suspension bushings or alignment issues? I tried with different sets of wheels/tires and it's still the same thing.

This all started after I dyno'ed the car. Could I have done something to the motor mounts? I want to run the car hard, but the vibration is a little unnerving. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

Could be a few different things; motor mounts, tie rods, alignment, wheel bearings, cv boots.
