Default Need Help

Ok, lately my car has been feeling a little slugish. It feels like im running with the air conditioning on all the time and it just feels like it has less topend then usual. so a couple of days ago I seafoamed(through the vacuum line) my car and it went back to normal, but a couple of days later I felt it start losing power again so i added half a bottle of seafoam to the gas tank cause it cleans the injetcors, and basically the fuel system. That made a little difference but its still not back to normal so do u guys have any suggestions on what this could be or if this has happened to u what did u do...Btw i have a 2000 integra gs with basic intake, cat, and exhaust... thanks in advance....
