its making noising when i drive and i think the booth is rip. any help on what that part is call or can it be something else.

inner tie rod boot or steering rack boot same thing

 

does that thing make noise when i drive?

 

can't say for sure it shouldn't, if you grab your wheel left and right sides, try to move your wheel back and fourth, make sure the steering wheel is locked, and see if there is any play, if no play the tie rod is still good and you can just replace the boot. you don't want to leave it like that for too long or dirt and moisture will get in there and ruin it
