Default NEED HELP

im guessing its a susension part,bu **** like a metal part with like a rubbery center...we saw it while changing the water ppump..etc on her LS.anyway its all crumbled(the rubber part) and we were wonderign what the hell it was so we could replace it. one guy refered to it as the driverside lower mount,,but we dont know what the hell it mounts...sorry i hope my nooby description isnt too vague for you all to help

Sounds like a motor mount.

Is ony the rubber insert all torn up or is the metal housing thing messed up to. If its just the rubber insert inside you can just replace that with another insert. If not you will need a new insert and mount.

You have a few choices as to which brands you want: OEM, Energy Suspension, Hasport and a few more.

looks like a lower torque mount. don't know the part number but u should be able to figure it out.

alright ill search for lower torque mount,what would cause it to go out or look all crumbly and deteriorated like the one on my ex's car?
