Ok, i know that almost anything these days will make me not pass emissions. But i have an extra problem, i live in california and i dont want to go to all the trouble of finding a "hook-up." My current plans for my car are i/h/e and maybe a jrsc. But my question is even thought the jrsc says it is street legal does that mean it will pass emissions? Also what else can i do that will not effect me passing emissions?

yes you should pass emmisions with a JRSC.

just provide them with the CARB exempt number or whatever the hell it's called and they will run the test.......

there's no reason why it should not pass unless there is somthing really wrong or the engine is out of tune...........

If jrsc says its street legal, then I dont see why you wouldnt pass, as for the i/h/e buy only the brands that are carb exempt, you wont have to worry about cops and you will pass smog, maybe not visual, but at least you are street legal
