need ecu help please!

i just installed a obd1 p06 ecu into my 98 integra gsr using the jumper harness.
when i take it to 6k rpm my engine just bogs is there something wrong that i did?

please help me

If it's a Virgin and not chipped of course it's gonna bog on your GSR, plus Rev limit for stock P06 is around 6500 RPM.

x2 get it chipped or the right ecu (p72).
