my catback exhaust just got here, i need to get it on b4 i go on vacation but the problem is that it didnt come wit a muffler. I NEED AN AFTERMARKET MUFFLER THAT WONT GET ME PULLED OVER. i know u guys got suggestions. thanks alot for the help hondatech.

 

Well, what size is the piping on this cat back you got? I really wouldn't worry about it personally.

Are they strict up there in NY? I know my bro has custome 3" straight pipe, its loud as all hell, I think he's been pulled over once, and didnt even get a ticket.

I'd say look on ebay, you can get em for like 40 shipped, probably cheaper.

get an exhaust canister with a silencer 4m nlmotoring.com...or you can get the itr exhaust, or stick with a stock one.

 

ES Oval Muffler...I have heard nothing but good things. I heard them on a few dyno clips too...very quiet.

 

Well, the thing with silencer's is, you put in the wrong one, you get that ricey sound that everyone dreads, like i have full Apexi N1 catback, i threw in my silencer, i wanted to kill myself after i heard it.

Best way to avoid that loud noise is just putting your foot down.
