I have a 91 integra with a b18c1 swap. I have done some work such as I/H/E new valves port and polish and three angle. My car is not running the same as it use to. It was shaking alot and seemed to be missing. I took out the spark plugs and they were black so I cleaned them and put them back in. That seemed to fix it. Well I drove about 20 miles and when I went to drive it again it was doing the same thing. I took the spark plugs out and they were already black. They also seemed to have alot of gas on them. I have been looking around and found a couple of post about this but wasn't sure if it was the same problem so I figured I would ask. I was thinking it might be getting to much fuel. How would I fix this. Do I need to get a fuel pressure regulator. Any other opinions on what it might be. Thanks.

 

It's running rich. Is there black smoke coming out from tail pipe?

 

Well there is smoke. It has been leaving black spots on my bumper and seems to be alot. How would I fix this?

 

Was thinking could it possibly be a piston ring. Hope not but just a thought. I am going to do a compression test though.
