msd distributor CAP!!

HOW THE HELL DO I GET THE ROTOR OFF MY DISTRIBUTOR OFF MY GSR!!! I TOOK THE CAP OFF I CAN'T GET THE ROTOR OFF AND IS ANYONE SELLING S MSD IGNITION GSR DISTRIBUTOR CAP AND ROTOR?
