i have the Prothane motor mount inserts, they are hard indestructable urethane. This would be the best bet if you are looking for inserts that will make not let your motor flex at all. The only problem is because the motor doesn't move at all from driving the car vibrates due to not have rubber or softer inserts to take the vibration. But if you don't mind the vibration, which is actaully not that bad you should get those, they would be the best for launching.

the ones on the sides the main ones aren't that bad but the one inthe back like behind the tranny is a pain in the ***. the easiest way to chaneg it is to drop the tranny but, you don't have to its just a tight *** squeeze to do so, the easiest one is in the front, but other then that good luck.
you can't get just the sides, but they're cheap enough that you may as well just get the entire pack.
I did the install last week, and it was a pain. Front right took 20 minutes, front left took 2 hours (couldn't get it back on!), and the rear one took 4 hours.
vibration is pretty noticeable at idle, but it's fine above about 1k rpms. overall, I'm still happy with it.
