I would sell all those motors, and buy a different K series. The k20a3 isnt really one of the best K series.

I'd love to have a K-swap in my Integra, but for my money I'd always go FI first.

imo k series is a huge waste of money unless money isnt an option. the idea of spending THOUSANDS of dollars and still not getting 200WHP does not appeal to me, for what just to say "yo i got k series" and got my *** handed to me by a b series turbo that cost half of what i paid.

i already have the k series......and it cost me a whopping $0.00... the b18b is in the car and the bored b18a would come with it... so in total id be spending just to get the swap done professionally.. does this change your opinion cause i also have alot of turbo parts laying aorund

even if the k is free its still not worth it to me. just to get it put in and running is at least a couple grand. for what. the h is already better and the b has way better support. also the h is in it right. and the b was made for it right. so why pay thousands to install a free engine. btw were right back at my original statement. im just saying you might wanna think about what it is youre accomplishing and why/how.

i agree with the point but you'll spend $4,000 just on a turbo setup if you use new quality parts

this is partially true. Yes MAY spend 4000 if youd like. IF you do you WILL have a bulletproof bottom end and a nice turbo setup good for around 400-500whp. and there is no need to buy some things brand new i.e. piping, manifold, intercooler, wastegate, bov. you can shop around and find very lightly used QUALITY pieces at heavily discounted prices.

there are so many options and ill just have to weigh them all out... in addition to those motors i already have the turbo, a greddy emanage unit, hks ssqv bov, turbonetics mark 2 wastegate and the intercooler and piping and the gauges. im not looking for crazy horsepower. which motor would be stronger to leave stock internals for boost?

I've put a lot of thought into a k series project for my car, and if I went through Hybrid Racing and got every piece of swap parts I need, I'm already 3k in the hole for parts, before labor and motor/trans, and kpro/flashpro. Hybrid Racing has a very good guide in a downloadable PDF with exactly what swap parts you need, especially if you want to retain or delete things like AC, PS, etc.

If you're going to put down over 3g's on everything you would need on a K20a3 which one of the least desired k series motor, I would re-sleeve and rebuild the bottom end with rods/forged pistons and go turbo to make it worth while on that motor.

K swaps are the future, but the future is expensive.

Why don't you just turbo one of your B18s, spend less, and still make over 400whp..

Sell all the motors except for the bored out one and sleeve it. Go turbo. All the other motors listed are crap.

that motor blows in stock form and is really only suitable to be built and have an a2/z1/z3 head put on it. the k24a2 from the tsx is the engine to get if you want a drop in k24.
