What kind of tracking? Road Race, Auto-X, or Drag.
The best thing you can do is track you car stock and improve your driving and learn the limits of your car. From there you should modify/upgrade accordingly.

tegis can be fun stock. once you get to know the car better you'll know where you want to go with it... and do alot of RESEARCH. Engine swaps aren't just something you do easily.

LS1000 with 250 shot of nawz and twin turboed with a motec exhuast would be nice for your 95 integra....especially street racing, around here we encourage it....NOT!.....take it to the track....read, study, get familiar with hondas and their interchangibilities and huge aftermarket support......could of used the fn search button buddy!

Or how bout trying an ls/vtec OR poor mans ITR swap
I would go with:
Slightly modified B18B LS NON-VTEC Block
Slightly modified GSR DOHC VTEC head
ITR Valve Cover
Custom built Turbo setup set to 8 PSI
ITR or GSR Intake Manifold
GSR Trans W/LSD
New 4-2-1 or 4-1 exhaust manifold
High flow Cat Or a Test Pipe
2.5"-3.0" Exhaust Mandrel bent piping to a less restritive muffler of your choice.
ITR ECU
After all that get a good Dyno Tune
Than go crazy rebuilding your head and block making parts stronger and maybe boring out your cylinders get a port and polish done widen air passages for less restriction and you can up your boost even more
get a better Dyno tune....
Just remember you go the cheap way out you end up with a very unreliable setup
As I was told once that cannot be more true that is common sense
Cars are not called money pits for the pure hell of it bud just remeber that you can dump 10K into your car and not feel like you've done anything at all
But hope that helps a little good luck on your build and as my freind jry2nr said use the search button do some research youll get answers

It'tl give you most stock honda engine swaps not really the hybrid motors but good enough for a first look and a small insight of what is going on...
P.S. Keep the racing on the track the stupidest thing you can do is street race
In all reality your more likely to get into an accident street racing than on say an autocross track use your head bud
Before you end up like a kid I knew who didnt deserve to be behind the wheel of an ITR and proved it using a cement gaurd rail post......
OR your car ends up wrapped around a tree beyond all recognition and you end up brain damaged, paralyzed, Or even worse Making your parents or loved one plan an unexpected and unneeded funeral with you ending up 6 feet under
But Ya in all high hopes GL with your decision...
