i have the same problem, but my idles at like 450, and drops a lot when i stop. i have no problems w/ my head. but im building mine so even if there is any problems,so it doesnt matter to me.
i would stay away from the skunk2 valves. i help out a friend in a shop and a few people have cracked those skunk2 valves.
hey invisible01GSR, did u try to raise ur idle speed? do that and it should fix ur problem. did u install cams in ur car, cuz usually when u install cams u might need to increase the idle speed screw on the throttle body. thats what i had to do

I had something similar happen to me...I went from the top of 2nd to 1st (went for 3rd). I locked up my differential and skidded down the road for a second. I ended up lucky...somehow one of the nuts on top of my valve lash adjuster had come loose, so I put it on and tightened it back up.
