....your screwed...but its a great time to upgrade

seriously though, gotta go take it to a mechanic if you dont know how to do it and check that thing out. valves, piston... good luck man

ya man check compression you probably messed up some valves if your lucky.

i have the same problem, but my idles at like 450, and drops a lot when i stop. i have no problems w/ my head. but im building mine so even if there is any problems,so it doesnt matter to me.

i would stay away from the skunk2 valves. i help out a friend in a shop and a few people have cracked those skunk2 valves.

hey invisible01GSR, did u try to raise ur idle speed? do that and it should fix ur problem. did u install cams in ur car, cuz usually when u install cams u might need to increase the idle speed screw on the throttle body. thats what i had to do

probably messed up a valve, and maybe blow smoe pistons.

I had something similar happen to me...I went from the top of 2nd to 1st (went for 3rd). I locked up my differential and skidded down the road for a second. I ended up lucky...somehow one of the nuts on top of my valve lash adjuster had come loose, so I put it on and tightened it back up.
