Default misfiring HELP

Hey guys, before you get angry with me... I did do a search about misfiring, but it yeilded no results for my specific problem. So, a few months ago, I started my car up after sitting for about 3-4 weeks. I couldn't get in cause my stupid alarm system transmitter died, but would still go off if I opened with my key. Anyway, when I started it up, it started to turn over, but never started up. Did it again, and pumped the gas a little, and then started up. I let it run for a while, but instantly the CEL came on. I got it diagnosed and I have cylinders 2 and 4 misifiring. I have no problem idleing... warms up for a minute at about 1300-1400 rpm, and then settles when warm around 750. When I step on it, its pretty responsive at first, but when i get to about 3500 all the way up to 8, it feels VERY boggy (for lack of a better term). Vtec engages, but I barely feel the pull from it. It gets louder, but doesn't go faster. Also, when I start up on a cold day... it sounds like my engine is running really hard until it warms up. I've replaced the wires with ngk 8.5mm, and a couple months ago put in ngk iridium plugs, so those should be fine. I'm about to order a new distributor cap and rotor, but want to hear some feedback from you all. By the way, the 2 owners with the car before me never changed out the wires, 1996 was the date on them, 144K later... Also, so you know, I have a 1997 integra gs-r. Sorry for the book, annoying I know. Thanks guys.
