Ok my old car had a sohc d series and now I've got a b18b1 it has I/H and muffler but I want to increase the piping size in the midpipe. What size do the b18b1 come with stock for a midpipe 2inches? and I'd assume 2.25-2.5 inches is best for a n/a setup?
yes comes stock with 2"
i think you should get a 2.25 inch bpipe.. and get a 2.25 inch header
dont get diff sizes.. n depending on wut your plans are.. 2.25 is good for na i think.. 2.5 may be a bit big.. but depends on your plans.

2.25" piping is good for about 180whp. So unless you plan on making more power, it should suffice. However, I can't think of any mass produced header that has a 2.25" collector. Most are either 2" or 2.5". There is nothing wrong with getting different sizes, just as long as you don't neck down.

That's what I'm using on my car. Just make sure to get the bottlenecks removed.

You can have one made at a muffler shop for half that price.

if you would rather have crush bent aluminum piping with crappy *** flow for half the price...or you can have a shiny stainless steel mandel bend piping with a resonator and flanges...i personally would invest a little more for mandrel bent stainless piping...your choice

Personally, I couldn't care less how shiny it is, as long as it does it's job. I always coat my exhaust systems to keep them from the elements (not that there's many elements in So Cal). I have no crush bends in my midpipe, as it was mandral bent for far less than 116. You could even have U-bends cut and welded for less than that.
