Friend told me that intake manifolds arent really worth it usless you have a force induction system. true or just a theory?

Your friend is an idiot. My skunk2 IM was the best bolt on part I put on my GSR, hands down.

I second that, your friend is an idiot.

The intake manifold lets the air flow better... so it will have the same effect wether you're FI or NA. Being that FI pushes mroe air through the effect would be amplified.

 

so waht intake manifold you suggest, heard a lot of people with skunk 2. any good

Skunk 2 for N/A applications. I was told the Edelbrock/JG's are good for F/I applications.

 

Skunk2 is where its at --- the JG would be a great manni for turbo, however, i do know a couple guys who LOVE the JG on their all motor application.

and the ITR IM does not work on a GSR.
