how the hell do I turn this thing off?

I have the main required light on my dash..

 

There's supposed to be a button or a switch somewhere underneath the steering column that resets it. I don't know where that is because I leave it on, my friends get annoyed, and they turn it off w/out showing me exactly where it is.

 

Is it under the dash, or what? I looked and I cant see anything haha
