a freind told me this..
get a bottle of windex and spray the sides of the door where the window slides down.Spray each side a few times and then roll your windows up and down a fill times also. After that spray both sides again but with hot water.
He says its slow because of dirt build up.

don't you have to put something back on it to lube it up?

my window almost gets 'stuck' about half way when im rolling it down. it will struggle for a bit, then after a couple more inches, it will resume normal roll down speed. i looked at ^this article and it seems like it might improve my situation, but i have a question.. the article says to use air tool/compressor lube. but where? do i just squirt it directly into the rubber tracks??

Will simple WD-40 work? My driver window can barely roll down in the cold weather. Going up isnt as much of a problem. If not I will try ACE and see if I can't find this stuff from TI
wd-40 works but not very well; it only lasts a day or so before it starts sticking again. my dad has this problem on his 96 accord and he basically drenched the tracks with wd40, which helped but its definitely not a permanent solution. silicone spray or the team integra article would be better ideas.

That stuff works great we use it on the newer cars that have that window safety thing so kids can not get there heads stuck when the windoe is going up. the dirt restricts the window and the auto up feature likes to have a mind of its own. so the serivce bulletin says to clean the run chanels with a mild cleaner and apply the SHIN ETSU grease works great!!!
