im lookin at getting a lsd but whats the difference in a helical lsd and a regular lsd... im was lookin at a dc2 helical lsd setup but also saw obx lsd's can someone give me some input thanks

obx is a helical lsd as well. its the oem diffs that wernt usually helical. obx is not as great of a quality, and poor assembly. i just put in a obx in my 300 hp d series so we will see how long they last, but at that power they should be fine.

 

there are a few posts in the transmission section about the obx. the runout is the problem. it's sloppy. the m factory is a much better unit; as is the OE ITR diff. since you can buy a used ITR LSD from JDM importers for about the same as a new OBX, i'd go that way myself.
