hi want a know if a JDM DC2 ITR CTR Honda INTEGRA TYPE R EK9 CIVIC HELICAL LSD will fit on a 1999 gsr

Yes, it will fit. You will need to change your differential shims (part 11) for the new differential and bearings. I would also change the bearings on the new differential (part 17).
