1. its VTEC! GOD DAMN IT
2. SEARCH
3. ls/vtec or b20/vtec is a very good source for power IF you know what your doing. Im still not a very big fan of it, but with then new products they have out now, its getting easier and easier to build these motors. They are good for boost and na. The big KEY is to make sure that you know what your doing otherwise you can *** mad ish up y0! hehe
HTH.

Welcome to Honda-Tech.

A couple of comments.

1) For God's sake, it's VTEC, not VTECH. V-TECH is a telephone manufacturer. VTEC is Honda's trade name for its variable valve actuation system.

2) Do a search before posting. Archives contain lots of good info.

3) Someone beat me to this. Dammit.

This guy put it pretty well....

LSVT is not for you... research turbo and go w/ that.... boost will make up for the lack of vtec.... and minimize the hassles of LSVT... (check my sig)

ls/vtec will give you torques....with same hp with FI, lsvtec will beat the FI all day long...if you know you are gonna put turbo, don't waste ur money on lsvtec and turbo...you will need lots of cash..so just put turbo..and you should be able to run upto 12 psi on stock internals....recommended is like 8 or 9 psi....but if i were you, i would do b20vtec....which is just my opinion..but from next time, search first

ls/VTEC (that is VTEC... w/out the H...) is an excellent option as long as you can guarentee the quality of the machine work...

harsh words that really aren't deserved

What do you all expect, you flamed the crap out of him when a simple

'its vtec not Vtech'

would have sufficed.

Common people, lets go back to a LEARNING environment instead of a hating environment.
